Shipping

Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship worldwide, Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays.

Attention! We are currently still implementing our partnership with The Print Space and are fulfilling prints in-house. The shipping information below does not apply yet for all print purchases (it only applies for prints labelled 'new arrival'), and we will continue to work partly with our personal quality print and shipping services until full transition is complete.

 

Our products are safely packaged and insured against loss and damage between the point of postage and the point of delivery. Each shipment is tracked so we can keep you updated on the location of your parcel upon request. We use the Belgian Post Group service (B-Post) for all our in-house shipments (originals, mugs & postcards), whilst our prints are shipped by our partner and professional drop-shipping service The Print Space from their hubs in the UK & Germany (US coming soon). Prints are shipped within 3-5 business days with a flat shipping rate of £7 worldwide. With production in the UK & Germany, we guarantee no extra customs charges on UK-EU print orders (and soon for the US as well). The printing service is end-to-end carbon neutral.

Original artworks are fulfilled within one week after purchase, and shipping rates are relative to the weight and dimensions of the package (rates for your country are calculated on the shopping cart page during checkout).

Important note for original artwork and print shipments! Certain countries levy taxes on international parcel shipments outside the EU and the UK, which means you may have to pay extra fees like import duties, VAT or excise duties. Art 4 Conservation cannot be held responsible for any of these additional costs, so make sure you check your country's taxation rules for international shipments before making your purchase to avoid extra costs!

 

Please note that we sometimes work together with partner artists who may have fulfillment / shipping times that deviate from the information mentioned above. These artists can set the time of shipping their artworks based on a workable time schedule.

Returns & refunds

Original work

We honor requests to return and exchange original artwork. We understand that artworks can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. Although we are trying to represent the artworks as best as we can, differences in overall color and texture of the artwork may appear. Returns/exchanges and refunds (incl. delivery costs, excl. transaction fees) are possible within 14 days after receiving your artwork on the condition that you notify us through email within this time period. 

 

To be eligible for a return, the original artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and must be sent back in its original packaging. Contact us via info@art4conservation.org for support before doing so. Artwork sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that for original artworks you are responsible for any postage fees incurred when returning works.

Fine art prints

If upon delivery your print is damaged, or the order is in some way defective, we will send a replacement print free of charge and cover the delivery costs of the replacement. The same return actions (notifying us, sending us back the damaged product, etc.) apply as mentioned above. If you go on to request a refund at this point instead of a replacement, we will honor this. Once the print has been received and inspected at our studio, we will issue the full refund.
