Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping
Our online store is open 24/7 and we ship worldwide.
Our products are safely packaged and insured against loss and damage between the point of postage and the point of delivery. Each shipment is tracked so we can keep you updated on the location of your parcel upon request. We use UPS private courier services for all our in-house shipments (original artwork), whilst our prints are shipped by our partner and professional drop-shipping service The Print Space from their hubs in the UK & Germany. We guarantee no extra customs charges on EU, UK and US print orders.
The printing service is end-to-end carbon neutral.
Please note that we sometimes work together with partner artists who may have fulfillment / shipping rates & times that deviate from the information mentioned below. These artists can set the time of shipping their artworks based on a workable time schedule. If an artwork is from a partner artist, it will be clearly mentioned in our web shop.
Original artworks
- Flat shipping rate of 15€ to EU countries.
- Flat shipping rate of 35€ to UK, US, Canada and Switzerland.
- Flat shipping rate of 45€ to Australia and New Zealand.
- Flat shipping rate of 65€ to rest of the world.
Orders outside the EU may be subject to VAT, customs fees and/or import duties. These vary per country and are the buyer's responsibility. Art 4 Conservation has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend consulting your local customs/tax office or website for further information before placing your order.
Prints
- Flat shipping rate of 15€ to EU.
- Flat shipping rate of 25€ to UK.
- Flat shipping rate of 45€ to ROW.
Orders are fulfilled within 2-5 working days. Delivery times from this point vary by county; please allow 1-5 working days for the UK and EU and 5-10 working days for the US and rest of the world. Please bear in mind that these are average times and actual times may vary.
Customs-free UK-EU-US delivery. All prints are handled and shipped by our partner The Print Space. They have production hubs in the UK & Germany. This means print orders shipped to our customers in the UK, EU and US will not face additional import charges. Print orders shipped to other countries may be subject to VAT, customs fees and/or import duties.
Returns and refunds
Original artworks
We honor requests to return and exchange original artwork. We understand that artworks can look different in person compared to the online representation of the product. Although we are trying to represent the artworks as best as we can, differences in overall color and texture of the artwork may occur. Returns/exchanges and refunds (incl. delivery costs, excl. transaction fees) are possible within 14 days after receiving your artwork on the condition that you notify us through email within this time period.
To be eligible for a return, the original artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and must be sent back in its original packaging. Contact us via info@art4conservation.org for support before doing so. Artwork sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for any postage fees incurred when returning works.
Fine art prints
- Damages & significant delays
If upon delivery your print is damaged, we will send a replacement print free of charge and cover the delivery costs of the replacement as well as the return costs of the damaged print. The same return actions (notifying us & sending us back the defective product) apply as mentioned above. If you go on to request a refund at this point instead of a replacement, we will honor this. Once the print has been received and inspected at our studio, we will issue the full refund.
- Other refunds

Gift cards and Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
