Little Lookout

This pastel work is mainly inspired by the Burrowing Owl observations I made in the US last year, while I was there on a 3-week national parks road trip with friends. These cute owls have a huge habitat range, stretching from Canada all the way down to the Southern tip of Argentina. In the evenings or early mornings I was able to spot them around the Grand Canyon in Arizona, ánd Zion National Park in Utah.

The proceeds of this artwork will go to The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation. DSWF is a highly effective wildlife conservation charity operating across Africa and Asia to end wildlife crime and protect endangered species in their natural habitat.
